Meet Veronica Garreton
of Earendel Management.

VoyageLA sat down with founder Veronica Garreton to talk about the road from architecture and lighting design to boutique midterm relocation: what changed after the Palisades and Eaton fires, why insurance coordination is the part most families dread, and what it takes to make a house feel like a home on less than a day of notice.

On what Earendel specializes in
“What we specialize in is the hardest version of hospitality: caring for people on one of the worst days of their lives. A displaced family isn’t choosing a getaway. They have lost their home, their routine, and their footing, and they need somewhere that feels safe immediately.”
On what sets the work apart
“My background in hospitality architecture and lighting design shapes every home we prepare, so the result feels composed and calm rather than simply furnished. The second is our fluency with insurance, built over years of working alongside the major relocation companies, which lets us carry the approvals and logistics that overwhelm most families. The third is temperament. In a moment of chaos, we are the steady presence in the room.”
On the standard
“What I’m most proud of is a reputation for empathy built one family at a time, and held to a high standard. That is what I want Earendel to be known for: luxury that shows up as genuine care, and reliability you can feel when everything else is uncertain.”
On the hardest stretch
“The hardest stretch came with the Palisades and Eaton Fires. The scale of need was overwhelming, and the moment drew in people who saw a financial opportunity rather than a social responsibility. Holding to my values in that environment, remaining calm, fair, principled and transparent when others weren’t, was a challenge of a different kind.”
On what readers should know
“If you or someone you love is ever displaced, you do not have to navigate it alone or settle for a place that merely functions. There is a way to land somewhere that takes care of you. That is what we do.”
On Los Angeles
“What I love about LA is that there is always more to discover. You can live here your whole life and never stop exploring. I would love to see Los Angeles become a place where support for landing on your feet after a hard season is the norm rather than a privilege reserved for those with the most means.”
