Veronica Garreton trained as an architect, practiced as an architectural lighting designer, and taught at the USC Graduate School of Architecture. She understood, from practice, how the quality of a space shapes the experience of the people inside it, and the value attached to it by the market.

That foundation led her from design into real estate, and eventually into property management. Her first property, Rockbound Oasis, was a short-term rental that consistently performed at the top of its market before being sold in March 2025. It served as both a proof of concept and the foundation of Earendel's methodology.

Today, Earendel Management operates a selective portfolio of furnished mid-term rental properties in Los Angeles, serving insurance displacement clients, corporate relocation specialists, and property owners who want a management partner that takes the work seriously.

The design background is not a marketing angle. It is the reason the properties photograph well, attract qualified residents, and justify premium rates.

USC

Architecture and Lighting Design

Veronica Garreton trains as an architect, practices as an architectural lighting designer, and joins the faculty of the USC Graduate School of Architecture. This period establishes the design foundation that every Earendel property carries.

Early

Real Estate and First Property

Transition from teaching to full-time real estate. Acquisition and design buildout of Rockbound Oasis, the flagship short-term rental property. The project demonstrates that design quality is a direct driver of rental revenue.

Peak

Rockbound Oasis at Maximum Performance

Rockbound Oasis performs at the top of its market. Design, operations, and marketing systems are refined through multiple iterations. The property establishes Earendel's reputation for design-led management.

2025

Pivot to Mid-Term Rental and Insurance Housing

Rockbound Oasis is sold in March 2025. Earendel pivots from short-term rental to the mid-term and insurance displacement market, where design quality commands premium rates and qualified residents operate with greater stability than short-stay guests.

2026

Active Portfolio: Amani Residence and Quail Drive

Earendel Management operates two active properties in Los Angeles: Amani Residence in North Hollywood and Quail Drive in Mount Washington. Insurance network relationships with ALE Solutions, Sedgwick, and Alacrity are active. The portfolio continues to grow selectively.

Precision Over Volume

We do not manage at scale for its own sake. A smaller portfolio, managed to a higher standard, produces better outcomes for owners, residents, and the brand. Every property in our portfolio earns its place.

Design as a Business Decision

Every furnishing and staging choice is a revenue decision. Properties that are well designed photograph better, rank higher, attract more qualified residents, and justify premium rates. This is not aesthetics for its own sake.

Systems-Driven Execution

Operations run on documented processes, not improvisation. Turnover protocols, lease templates, vendor relationships, and resident intake are all codified. The goal is a management operation that produces consistent results regardless of conditions.

Owner-First Communication

Owners engage with us once at onboarding. After that, we report, not request. Updates are proactive, concise, and actionable. We do not create work for the people who hired us to remove it.
