How quickly can you place a policyholder?
When we have a matching property available, we can typically execute a lease and arrange move-in within 24 to 72 hours of initial contact. Same-day arrangements are possible with advance coordination.
Do your properties meet ALE housing standards?
Yes. All Earendel properties are fully furnished, utility-included, and maintained to a standard comparable to or above the policyholder's primary residence. We can provide property documentation and condition records for carrier review.
What geographic areas do you serve?
Our current inventory covers Los Angeles County, with properties in North Hollywood and Mount Washington. We are actively expanding and may have additional properties depending on the timing of your inquiry.
Do you handle billing directly to the carrier?
We can accommodate direct billing arrangements depending on the carrier's requirements. Contact us to discuss your specific billing workflow before the placement is finalized.
What is the minimum stay?
Our minimum is 30 days. We do not accommodate shorter stays. For placements that may extend, we offer tiered monthly rates that decrease with commitment length, typically to the benefit of the ALE budget.
Are pets accommodated?
Yes, at Amani Residence. Quail Drive considers pets on a case-by-case basis. A pet fee applies. We can discuss the specifics of a pet-inclusive placement at inquiry.
What documentation can you provide for the claim file?
We provide the executed lease, move-in condition documentation, a property specification sheet, and monthly invoices in the format the carrier requires. We are experienced working within claim file documentation standards.
